NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly that pursuant to Standing Order No. 32 of the Bungoma County Assembly Standing Orders, I have appointed Tuesday, 4th February, 2025 as a day for special sitting of the County Assembly of Bungoma. The special sittings shall be held in the Bungoma County Assembly Chambers, Assembly Building, Bungoma as follows: (a) Morning Sitting – 9.30 a.m – 10.00 a.m (b) Midmorning Sitting – 10.30 a.m – 1.00 p.m The Business to be transacted at the 2 special sittings shall be: 1. Tabling the name of a Nominee for Vetting to the Position of the Chair of the Bungoma County Rural and Urban Affordable Housing Committee (CRUAHC). 2. Consideration of the Report by the Sectoral Committee on Lands, Urban, Physical Planning and Housing on the Vetting of the Members to Bungoma and Kimilili Municipalities. In accordance with Standing Order 32 (4), (5) of the Bungoma County Assembly Standing orders, the businesses specified in this notice shall be the only Businesses before the County Assembly during the Special Sitting, following which the County Assembly shall stand adjourned.
