PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft plan was on the 5th November, 2024, completed. The plan relates to land situated within Embu Municipality, Embu County. A copy of the draft plan has been deposited for public inspection, free of charge at the office of the CECM, Trade House, Ground Floor, between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on weekdays. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to the CECM, Lands, Mining, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development by 26th August, 2024 and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
