REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner Mr. Rhayan Ochieng Kanyandong of Motor Vehicle Registration Number KCM 573J, Nissan Tiida to collect/take delivery of the said abandoned motor vehicle lying at the yard of Immediate Auctioneers, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges, auctioneers costs plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforementioned vehicle by public auction without any further notice to you and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding auctioneers fees, storage and other accrued charges.
