NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 273, in Volume D1, Folio 4/32, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Allan Atonya Miheso, of P.O. Box 57007, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Miheso Allan Atonya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Miheso Allan Atonya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Allan Atonya Miheso, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Allan Atonya Miheso only.
