NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 358, in Volume D1, Folio 7/54, File No. MMXXV, by my client, Bobby Tsuma Mwambada, of P.O. Box 780– 00204, Athi River in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bobby Tsuma Thambu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bobby Tsuma Thambu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bobby Tsuma Mwambada, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Bobby Tsuma Mwambada only.
