NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 14, in Volume B-13, Folio 2392/21717, File No. 1637, by our client, Tim Odiwuor Onwuonga, of P.O. Box 4837–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Timon Odiwuor Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Timon Odiwuor Ochieng, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tim Odiwuor Onwuonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Tim Odiwuor Onwuonga only.
