NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 10, in Volume B-13, Folio 2392/21714, File No. 1637, by our client, Martin Joseph Walper (guardian), of P.O. Box 89251–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Brandy Kwamboka Martin (minor), formerly known as Brandy Gesare Nyakundi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Brandy Gesare Nyakundi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brandy Kwamboka Martin, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Brandy Kwamboka Martin only.
