NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 447, in Volume DI, Folio 8/67, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Samuel Muthoka Ngovia, of P.O. Box 513–90119, Matuu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Ngovia Mbiwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Ngovia Mbiwa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samuel Muthoka Ngovia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Muthoka Ngovia only.
