NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1821, in Volume D1, Folio 793/1598, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Hoseah Kiplangat, of P.O. Box 24–20208, Kiptugumo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Koech Kenneth, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Koech Kenneth, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hoseah Kiplangat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Hoseah Kiplangat only.
