APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 155 (5) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, regulation 167 (4) of the Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Prof. Peter Anyang’ Nyong’o, appoint— Elijah Owino Ngonga – Chairperson Samwel Onyango Oware – Member Glence Odhiambo Arwa – Member Beatrice Omollo – Member Kenneth Omondi Ochieng – Member Benter Achieng Omollo – Treasury Representative to be members of the Internal Audit Committee of the County Government of Kisumu, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th January, 2025.
