NOTICE is given pursuant to section 11 (b) of the Energy Act, 2019, that the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority has reviewed and approved the applicable Jetty Handling (KOT–KOSF/KPRL/VTTI), Primary Storage tariff (KOSF/KPRL) and Truck Loading tariff (KPRL) for the Tariff Control Period 2024/25-2026/27 as follows— Prevailing (2023/24) Tariff US$/m3 2024/25 2025/26 2026/27 US$/m3 Transit and Jet A-1 KSh./m3 Local US$/m3 Transit and Jet A-1 KSh./m3 Local US$/m3 Transit and Jet A-1 KSh./m3 Local Imports Handling 0.19 0.31 41.04 0.32 42.14 0.32 43.29 Storage 3.55 3.59 477.79 3.92 521.78 3.91 521.63 Total Import Handling and Storage Tariff 3.74 3.90 518.81 4.24 563.92 4.23 564.92 Truck loading 2.62 2.85 379.87 3.00 400.09 2.82 375.88 The effective date of the new tariffs be the 15th February, 2025, and subsequent adjustments for the next tariff control periods will be on the 15th July, every year. effective date of the new tariffs be the 15th February, 2025. The tariff applicable for transit products and Jet A-1 shall be paid in United States Dollars while the tariff applicable for local products shall be paid in Kenya Shillings.
