IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 235 (1) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 45 (1) (a) and (b) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Public Appointments (County Assembly Approval) Act, 2017, and upon approval by the Tharaka Nithi County Assembly in its sitting on the 7th October, 2025, I, Onesmus Muthomi Njuki , Governor of the County Government of Tharaka Nithi, appoint the persons named in the first column of the Schedule, to be County Chief Officers responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule.
