WHEREAS Carolyne Gacheni Thuranira, of P.O. Box 55079– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Subdivision No. 1169/III/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under C.R. 14305, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
