REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Charles Muraguri Wachiuri and (2) Mary Phrasiah Wacuka, as the directors of Optiven Limited, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, containing situate in Kilifi County, known as Vipingo/Vipingo Block 1/1145, 644, 546, 942, 869, 889, 993, 868, 852, 563, 587, 618, 879, 935, 861 and 1896, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced 24th October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
