THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Manishkumar Narandas Mashru and (2) Rita Manish Mashru, both of P.O. Box 6347–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Apartment No. 11A erected on a parcel of land known as L.R. No. 209/20592, situate in the Nairobi City County, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 147163/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof has been lost, and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
