REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martin Antony Sillas Mulandi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Mbitini/Kyemundu/431, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Makueni in Succession Cause No. 56 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Molly Gathoni Mulandi and (2) Richard Silla Mulandi, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of Martin Antony Sillas Mulandi (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of (1) Molly Gathoni Mulandi and (2) Richard Silla Mulandi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Martin Antony Sillas Mulandi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
