THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dismas Okendo Juma, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that pieces of land, situate in the county of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Koru/2488 (Subdivision 2778, 2779, 2780, 2781), and whereas the land registrar Nyando Sub-county attempt to summon (1) Dismas Okendo Juma, (2) Ruth Akeyo Yimbo and (3) William Ouko Yimbo, through the office of the registrar to surrender the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dismas Okendo Juma, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
