THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Tapsile arap Kogo (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Nandi/Kaptel/296, situate
in Nandi County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas in the
Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. 65 of
2020, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name
of Elen Jebitok Kogo, as the administrator to the estate of Tapsile arap
Kogo (deceased), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to
show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost,
notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date hereof, I shall proceed with registration of the said grant
document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier
to Tapsile arap Kogo (deceased)shall be deemed to be cancelled of no
effect.
