GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15350

WHEREAS Kimilgo Chumo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Bomet, known as Kericho/Kimulot/502, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Bomet in Succession Cause No. 29 “B” of 2022, has issued grant of lettes of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Elizabeth Cheptonui Chumo and (2) Lucy Chelangat Rono, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect of the said registered in the name of Kimilgo Chumo (deceased), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Elizabeth Cheptonui Chumo and (2) Lucy Chelangat Rono, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimilgo Chumo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
