REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Noonyuaat Sengeny John (ID/20672539), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as CIS Mara/Koiyaki Dagurugurueti/2289, containing 22.19 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the issuance of land title deed and subdivision of the said land title deed was done fraudulently and new numbers of 6524 and 6525 were created, whereas the CIS Mara/Koiyaki Dagurugurueti/6524 was issued to (1) Saitoti ole Rakwa (ID/29105158) and (2) Lerakwa ole Rakwa (ID/27034924), 6525 to Noonyuat Sengeny John (ID/20672539), was done fraudulently, and whereas notices have been issued to them to surrender the said land title deed, the same have been ignored, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed to cancel the said subdivision and revert the same to the original number 2289 registered to the proprietor Koiyaki Group Ranch and issue a title deed and the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Saitoti ole Rakwa (ID/29105158) and (2) Lerakwa ole Rakwa (ID/27034924) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
