THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Parmuat Ololkumum (ID/2083510), (2) Pakita Kama (ID/9537305) and (3) Francis Nkoitoi (ID/0100369), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as CIS Mara/Koiyaki Dagurugurueti/1969, containing 60.62 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the issuance of the said land title deed (1) Parmuat Ololkumum (ID/2083510, (2) Pakita Kama (ID/9537305) and (3) Francis Nkoitoi (ID/0100369) was done fraudulently, and whereas notices have been issued to them to surrender the said land title title deed, the same have been ignored, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed to register and issue a land title deed to Koiyaki Group Ranch and the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Parmuat Ololkumum (ID/2083510, (2) Pakita Kama (ID/9537305) and (3) Francis Nkoitoi (ID/0100369) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
