IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2E of the Mental Health Act, the County Executive Committee Member, Department of Health Services and Sanitation, County Government of Turkana appoints the following as the Chairperson and Members of County Mental Health Council as follows: County Director of Health – Chairperson Chairperson to the County Education Board; Robert Wasike – County Mental Health Co- ordinator; Doris Anne Mulingo – Diocese of Lodwar; Abram Moru (Rev.) – Civil Society Organization; Cecilia Nangetei Namulen – Medical Social worker/ Counselor; Gibson Oluyundi Munai (Dr.) – Psychiatrist. for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the date of publication.
