NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and following an order by the Chief Magistrates Court at Mombasa law Courts, under Misc. No. E774 of 2025 to the owners of the listed items at Chaani Police Station within seven (7) days from the date of this publication, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said items by way of public auction on behalf of Chaani Police Station, if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
