NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following goods attached under the Distress For Rent Act (Cap. 293) namely:- Vincent Thomas Otieno (Goods were stored by Interfield Auctioneers)– 6 seater and 5 seater sofa set, wooden dining table with 4No. chairs, 2No. bicycles, 1No. high chair, glass fronted TV cabinet, 13kg cylinder, 8No. floor carpets, wooden stools, sony home theatre, ruseel water dispenser, LG double door fridge, mattress, bathing sink, fuel filters, bonet, boot, rear lamps, side mirrors, Sony TV 55 inches, Sony TV 46 inches, 2No. spoilers, grill, mud guards, 2No. seals, control alarm, bumper and torsin bar and Migingo Duet Restaurant Limited (Goods were stored by High Class Auctioneers)– assorted bottles of wines and spirits, sodas, 50kgs empty total gas cylinder, wire extensions, plastic chairs, 3No. bar chairs, 14No. wooden tables, assorted speakers, ramptons deep freezer, grill, jiko, HP laptop and Cab Matrix Enterprises (Goods were stored by Viewline Auctioneers) – Kyocera photocopier, canon photocopier, big canon printer, big HP printer, HP office Jet printer, super Diazo printer within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, to take delivery of the said items (in storage) which are currently lying at L. R. No. 1870/VI/121 at Auto Gallery Yard located along Waiyaki Way, Opp. Lion Place, Westlands, Nairobi upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
