NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 25, in Volume DI, Folio 315/1836, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Zahur Garad Muhammad, of P.O. Box 23878–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Garad Aisha Muhammad, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Garad Aisha Muhammad, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zahur Garad Muhammad, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zahur Garad Muhammad only.
