NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 311, in Volume DI, Folio 418/565, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Jabal Yakub Bare, of P.O. Box 1, Madogo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdi Jbar Yakub Bare, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Jbar Yakub Bare, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jabal Yakub Bare, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jabal Yakub Bare only.
