NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 47, in Volume B-13, Folio 2454/22437, File No. 1637, by our client, Emi Mbingu Lukongodo, of P.O. Box 80100–80101, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Emi Mbingu Righa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Emi Mbingu Righa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emi Mbingu Lukongodo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Emi Mbingu Lukongodo only.
