NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 41, in Volume B-13, Folio 2454/22436, File No. 1637, by our client, Susan Wanjiru Muiruri, of P.O. Box 589–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Susan Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Susan Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Susan Wanjiru Muiruri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Susan Wanjiru Muiruri only.
