NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. B-13 , in Volume 2452/22414, Folio 1637, by me, Mbarak Said Bawazir, formerly known as Mbarak Said Mabruk, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Mbarak Said Mabruk, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mbarak Said Bawazir, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Mbarak Said Bawazir only. MBARAK SAID BAWAZIR, MR/7832173 formerly known as Mbarak Said Mabruk.
