THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shree Developers Limited, of P.O. Box 81945–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0437 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 8783/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 25124, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
