REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Wairimu Gishu, of P.O. Box 19005, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor interest of all that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, known as L.R. No. 27224, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 164856/1 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
