REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Onyancha, of P.O. Box 51493–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 195/105 (Orig. 195/43/2), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered as Volume N 44 Folio 15 File 13553, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
