THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Reuben James Olembo (deceased), of P.O. Box 25913–00504, Nairobi in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 18.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kakamega County, known as Kakamega/Lumakanda/15, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
