REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackton Jeremani Kasitet (ID/4256548), of P.O. Box 251, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.14 hectares or thereabout, situate in Trans Nzoia County, known as Trans Nzoia/Kiptoi/91, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
