THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gut Ventures Limited, of P.O. Box 46385–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 209/3007/3, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 80092/1 (formaly I.R. 7305), and determined by the court in MCCOMMSU. No. E1528 of 2021, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, and whereas the office has received a Court Rulling dated 6th September, 2022, MCCOMMSU No. E1528 of 2021 for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
