THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cyrus Nganga Ndegwa (deceased), of P.O. Box 15699, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Nyandarua County, registered under the title No. Nyandarua/Nyairoko/266, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
