REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Olando Ngache alias Samuel Olando Ngaje (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kakamega/Lumakanda/669, situate in Kakamega District, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Butali in Succession Cause No. E91 of 2022 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of George Karani Samuel, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Olando Ngache alias Samuel Olando Ngaje (deceased) has been reported as missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Olando Ngache alias Samuel Olando Ngaje (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
