THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sirima Dennis Lawrence Otieno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Eldoret Municipality Block 21 (Kingongo)/434, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E249 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Pascalia Adikinyi Mayendega, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Sirima Dennis Lawrence Otieno (deceased) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
