THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiburo Ngure alias Kiboro Ngure (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Mwea/Ngucwi/167 containing 3.6 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E146 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Julius Gicobi Kiboro (ID/2917307), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Julius Gicobi Kiboro (ID/2917307), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiburo Ngure alias Kiboro Ngure (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
