THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ichangai Kinga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.71 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Ndumberi/Ndumberi/1198, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 3108 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Peter Kinga Ichangai and (2) Peterson Njoroge Ichangai, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ichangai Kinga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Peter Kinga Ichangai and (2) Peterson Njoroge Ichangai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ichangai Kinga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
