THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njoroge Nganga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.19 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc.3/Mungaria/1179, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E334 of 2023, has issued grant confirmation letters to (1) Paul Gichaga Nguithi (ID/0820396) and (2) Margaret Wairimu Njuguna (ID/6744944), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Nganga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
