GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 16665

WHEREAS Muriithi Kariuki alias Mureithi Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.07 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Mahiga/Rokera/960, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Othaya in Succession Cause No. 70 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Peter Maina Muriithi, as the administrator and (1) Peter Maina Muriithi and (2) Mirriam Wangui Gikonyo, as the beneficiaries, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Peter Maina Muriithi, as the administrator and (1) Peter Maina Muriithi and (2) Mirriam Wangui Gikonyo, as the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muriithi Kariuki alias Mureithi Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
