THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Wachiori Ngure (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing, 0.036, 0.036, 0.030, 1.437 and 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Nyandarua County, known as Nyandarua/Njabini/4710, 4711, 2528, 9664 and 9666, respectively and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in Succession Cause No. E31 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to Joseph Njenga Wachiuri (ID/9553446), and whereas the title deeds issued earlier to Stephen Wachiori Ngure (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A 42 and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Stephen Wachiori Ngure (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
