THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bernard Muendi Mbuvi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Muputi/Kiima/Kimwe/666 containing 0.06 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. 208 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Blandina Shali Mkala, and whereas Blandina Shali Mkala has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and issue land title deed to Blandina Shali Mkala, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bernard Muendi Mbuvi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
