THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gilbert Ndede Okelo and (2) Clarice Akinyi, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the county of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Songhor/927, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu has issued an order and decree to the land registrar to rectify the title by removing (1) Gilbert Ndede Okelo and (2) Clarice Akinyi and register Judith Akinyi Obiero under adverse possession, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to Judith Akinyi Obiero, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Gilbert Ndede Okelo and (2) Clarice Akinyi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
