ACT
pursuant to section
111 (1B) of the said Act, the National Land Commission on behalf of
the Ministry of Defence gives notice that the National Government
intends to delete the aforementioned notice and acquire land shown in
the schedule hereunder in accordance with section 110 of the Land Act
for Military Use.
