PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft Plan was on the 24th October, 2025 completed. The plan relates to the overall physical and land use development framework for the county A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection, at the offices of the County Executive Committee Member Physical Planning, Land, Housing and Urban Development in Mbale and at the six Sub-county’s Administrator’s Offices in Vihiga, Sabatia, Hamisi, Tiriki East, Luanda and Emuhaya. The copies so deposited are available free of charge between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. during working hours. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member for Physical Planning, Land, Housing and Urban Development P.O Box 344–50300 Maragoli, Kenya.
