ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya, to the owners of
Motor Vehicles Reg. No. KYE 932 Station Wagon KAM 111S G,
Wagon and KBH 191W Mercedez Benz lying at Samy Garage and
Storage yard located along Langata Road within Nairobi City county
to collect the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date
of this publication upon payment of all outstanding charges and any
other incidental costs incurred, failure to which Bemac Auctioneers
shall proceed to dispose off the motor vehicles, in order to recover the
storage charges and other incidental cost by way of public auction on
behalf of Samy Garage and Storage Langata.
