NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1162, in Volume D1, Folio 362/3643, File MMXXV, by our Client, Agnes Brenda Musita, formerly known as Rachael Amimo Musita alias Rachael Amimo Wandolo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rachael Amimo Musita alias Rachael Amimo Wandolo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Agnes Brenda Musita, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Agnes Brenda Musita only.
