NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th September, 2025,
duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi
as Presentation No. 664, in Volume D1, Folio 308/3195, File
MMXXV, by our Client, Letoya Johnstone Odira, of P.O. Box 881–
40300, Homa-Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as
Johnstone David Odira, formally and absolutely renounced and
abandoned the use of his former name Johnstone David Odira, and in
lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Letoya Johnstone Odira,
for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to
designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Letoya
Johnstone Odira only.
